Payment Issues
When encountering payment issues during checkout, it's essential to understand some common reasons that could be affecting the process. Here are some common problems and their possible solutions:
Use of VPN or Proxy During Checkout
First of all, and that is the most common reason for payment issues, make sure to turn off our VPN. Using a VPN or proxy service during checkout can often interfere with the payment process. This is because your real IP address is masked, which might raise security flags on the payment gateway's end. To resolve this, disable any VPN or proxy before starting the checkout process.
Infinite Loading Cart or Checkout Window
An infinitely loading cart or checkout window can be extremely frustrating. This issue might be caused by browser-related problems, such as cookies, cache, or extensions that interfere with the loading process. Try using a different browser to see if the issue persists. Additionally, disable any browser extensions that could be blocking elements of the payment page. Clearing your browser's cache and cookies can also help.
Order Not Accepted
If your order is not being accepted and you see error messages related to the transaction, the cause might be similar to using a VPN or proxy. Ensure that your VPN is turned off during the payment process.
Problems with PayPal
PayPal uses sophisticated risk algorithms to detect and prevent fraudulent activity. Sometimes, legitimate transactions are flagged incorrectly. If PayPal is not processing your payment and you suspect it's due to their risk algorithms, consider using another payment method if available. Alternate payment methods may not have the same stringent checks and could process your payment smoothly.
Too Many Payment Attempts
If you attempt to make a payment multiple times and fail, the system might block further attempts for security reasons. This is a common security measure to prevent fraud. If you've attempted to make a payment four to five times without success, your account might be temporarily blocked from making further attempts for up to 48 hours. In this case, it is advisable to wait and try again later or use a different payment method if urgent.
Automated Risk Analysis
If none of the above solutions have resolved your issue, i.e. you have made sure you have disabled your VPN and tried different payment methods, our payment gateway performs automated risk checks which can occasionally result in your transaction being blocked by mistake. Should the problem persist, we recommend contacting our payment gateway partner's support team with the error message provided. They can assist with whitelisting your account or identifying the specific issue with your payment.
