Contacting the Product Publisher

Our store includes a variety of products from different developers. While we take care of payment processing and delivery, we cannot provide support services for issues directly related to the product itself. Therefore, if you have a problem with a product itself, you should contact the developer of the product for support. All developers will offer you support regarding their products. This is the fastest and most efficient way to get support.

How to find the contact details?

Simply open the product page of the product on Flightsim.to. Scroll down and in the right sidebar next to the product description you will find the information "Publisher". This is the developer of the product. Two fields further down you will find "Customer Support". There you will find a link to the developer's website - if given - and their customer support email address. If you have already purchased the product, you will find their Customer Support Contact right below the Download button. 

Make sure to include a detailed description of the problem or issue you are facing. Always include your Flightsim.to username and your Flightsim.to Order Reference. You can find this information on the invoice, on your My Purchases page and in the email confirmation after each purchase.
