Finding your missing purchase

All your purchases made on Flightsim.to can be found on your 👉 Store Purchases page. This page allows you to view the products acquired through your account. If a recent purchase is not visible, please allow at least 10 - 15 minutes for it to appear.

If the purchase is still not visible after this time, please check your email inbox for our invoice and order confirmation. Receiving these documents confirms that the order has been processed. If you have not received these emails, it indicates that your order has not been completed and needs to be placed again.

If you have received the invoice and order confirmation, but are unable to download or locate your purchased item in your account, please verify whether you have multiple accounts on Flightsim.to. It's possible that the purchase has been assigned to a different account, especially if you used an email address different from the one associated with your Flightsim.to account.
