Don't worry! If you've forgotten your password, resetting it is simple. Just click on Reset Password on the login form, or alternatively, click here. We'll only need your account's email address to send you instructions on how to reset your password. Please note that some cases it may take up to two hours for our email to arrive after you've requested it. Also, be sure to check your junk or spam folder in case our email ends up there.

To reset your password you must be logged out of your Flightsim.to account. Both the password reset form and the link won't work while you are logged in.

What if you've only forgotten your username or email address

If you've forgotten your username, don't worry. You can still log in using your email address. Simply use your email instead of your username. Similarly, if you've forgotten your email address, you can still log in using your username.

Can't find our email?

Please wait up to two hours and double-check your spam and junk folders. If you still can't find it, don't hesitate to contact us, and we'll be glad to assist you.

  • We've received several reports that emails to Yahoo.com mailboxes may be delayed by up to 2 hours in some cases.
